About the position

Due to internal promotion, we are now seeking another Executive Support Officer to join the Business Support team. This position is responsible for providing high-level Executive administration and secretariat support within a shared service model to the YSAS Executives (Chief Executive Officer, Chief: Finance and Corporate Services, Deputy CEO), and the Board.

Working as part of the Business Support team, with supervision by the Executive & Business Support Manager, the Executive Support Officer will work closely with another Executive Support Officer, other key administration staff, and senior management, in their day-to-day role.

Some of your key responsibilities will be

  • High level Executive administration support, including diary and inbox management and delivery of professional correspondence.
  • Secretariat support for Board committees, including meeting coordination, collation and distribution of papers, and preparation of timely and accurate minutes
  • Work as part of the Business Support team comprising the Executive Support and Business Support Officers, with supervision by the Executive & Business Support Manager
  • Administration for Corporate Services functions to provide timely and effective support and general office coordination if required.
  • Relief support for Head Office reception and switchboard as required
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration with staff across the organisation to ensure needs are understood, recognised and responded to
