Uniting Counselling & Mediation (UCM) Gosford is seeking a Counselling Coordinator to provide clinical leadership, guidance, and therapy across our community-based counselling services. This is a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday (35 hours/week), with essential evening availability on Tuesdays (12pm–8pm) and one day per week working from our Wyong office.
This senior position offers a blend of clinical practice, team supervision, and leadership responsibilities. You’ll play a key role in supporting complex decision-making—particularly in areas like domestic and family violence, trauma, and post-separation work.
