We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented administrative coordinator to support the regional manager in delivering essential services across the Eastern Murrumbidgee Service Package.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations by coordinating brokerage support, managing temporary accommodation (TA), and overseeing the Engagement Hub to provide seamless service delivery for individuals in need. You will be joining a supportive and inclusive team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and a commitment to excellence. Provide secretarial and administrative support, including recording and distributing meeting minutes.
Oversee the Brokerage Program, ensuring funds are allocated effectively and in line with guidelines.
Coordinating monthly EMA meetings with stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring compliance with funding guidelines.
Maintain financial records, process invoices, and monitor expenditure.
Support the Regional Manager in ensuring smooth operations and compliance with service agreements.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and caseworkers.
Maintain accurate records, oversee data entry, and contribute to impact reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of people.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
High attention to accuracy and detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using client databases.
Commitment to continuous quality improvement and contributing to service planning.
