Your Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented administrative coordinator to support the regional manager in delivering essential services across the Eastern Murrumbidgee Service Package.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations by coordinating brokerage support, managing temporary accommodation (TA), and overseeing the Engagement Hub to provide seamless service delivery for individuals in need. Your Responsibility

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support, including recording and distributing meeting minutes.

  • Oversee the Brokerage Program, ensuring funds are allocated effectively and in line with guidelines.

  • Coordinating monthly EMA meetings with stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring compliance with funding guidelines.

  • Maintain financial records, process invoices, and monitor expenditure.

  • Support the Regional Manager in ensuring smooth operations and compliance with service agreements.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and caseworkers.

  • Maintain accurate records, oversee data entry, and contribute to impact reporting.

You Will Need

  •  Proven experience in administration and coordination roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of people.

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

  • High attention to accuracy and detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using client databases.

  • Commitment to continuous quality improvement and contributing to service planning.
