Your Role

As the Accommodation Disability Support Worker you will be responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient services with a core focus on quality, flexibility, customised service designed for people living with a disability.

Your Responsibility

  • Provide hands-on support in daily living, personal care, and community participation.
  • Foster independence and build confidence in those you support.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver person-centred care.
  • Uphold the highest standards of care under NDIS guidelines.

You Will Need

  • Certificate III in Disabilities (or equivalent).
  • Experience in person-centred disability support.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate & NDIS New Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
