Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will play a vital role in RAV's delivery of family dispute resolution (mediation), ensuring safety during separation for families affected by family violence. You responsibilities will include providing support to families by offering warm referrals and information based on their safety, psycho-social needs, and contemporary knowledge and understanding of the Family Law court system. Additionally, you will collaborate with their assigned mediator to address safety concerns, including conducting MARAM risk assessments and safety planning, and working closely with either the victim-survivor or person using violence.
This role is located at our Sunshine Family Relationship Centre and is part-time, permanent, working three (3) days per week (ideally Tuesday – Thursday) The base salary range is $ 95k-$102k (pro-rata) per annum.
