The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) is the leading membership organisation for training, accrediting, and representing psychiatrists across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
Through conferences, publications, and initiatives, the College drives evidence-based practices, ensures high-quality, culturally aligned care, and works to enhance healthcare outcomes for Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and Māori communities in alignment with reconciliation and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
The RANZCP has received Australian Government funding to deliver the Rural Readiness Project to enhance professional, clinical, and social orientation required to practice in rural regional and remote areas of Australia for psychiatry trainees.
This role is responsible for the delivery of seven face-to-face workshops across Australia, the management of a complementary social event prior to each workshop and the elements of contemporary project management, including but not limited to logistics, risk, budget and communications strategies.
