Your new role

  • Full-time Ongoing located at Deakin, ACT
  • Annual Salary between $85,120.35 to $91,586.55, plus Superannuation, NFP Salary Packaging, Paid Christmas closure and other generous leave provisions under our Enterprise Agreement.

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and executive support to Senior Executive Team, ensuring the smooth operation of Relationships Australia's strategic and operational activities. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Duties:

  • Assist with SET calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist with research, data analysis, contracts and project management tasks as required.
  • Act as a point of contact for the SET, building positive relationships with staff, clients, and external partners.
  • Represent the organisation professionally in all interactions.

What you’ll need to succeed

  1. Demonstrated experience providing executive assistance or a similar role.
  2. Strong organisational, communication, liaison and time management skills.
  3. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with a diverse range of people and build effective professional relationships.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
