Your New Role:

Starting in May, 2025 and reporting into the Chief Executive Officer, you will drive consistent, high quality program delivery nationwide. This strategic role collaborates with stakeholders, provides subject matters expertise, and guides senior leaders to support our vision of playful, connected communities.

This permanent, full-time position will be paid at a SCHADS level 8.1 with key responsibilities including:

  • Leading an integrated program planning and business development aligned with the company's strategic plans and stakeholder needs.
  • Leading and supporting a geographically distributed national workforce to achieve organisational goals.
  • Overseeing a portfolio of programs to ensure high-quality outcomes and cross-program collaboration.
  • Providing strategic direction and managing resources for program lifecycles, including development, implementation, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensuring contractual compliance of all service delivery programs are aligned with organisational governance and quality frameworks.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovative service delivery models and funding opportunities.
  • Creating and maintaining positive and strategic partnerships with all relevant stakeholders.

About You:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree and/or similar qualifications and extensive relevant experience in early childhood, and/or community development, family support or related fields.
  • A minimum of 7 years senior management experience delivering evidence-based government-funded programs in a relevant industry or organisation.
  • Experience in a senior management position, delivering evidence-based government-funded programs in a relevant industry or organisation.
  • Skilled in leading a geographically dispersed team of people across multiple portfolios.
  • Adept at networking and building sustainable relationships and connections in the sector.
  • Knowledgeable in program performance, evaluation, and research methodologies.
  • Currently hold or is eligible to hold a Working with Children Check.
