About the job

The Clinical Implementation Facilitator will lead the rollout of Orygen Digital’s MOST platform across Mackay to Far North QLD, supporting youth mental health services through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement. This role works closely with service staff to promote MOST, solve implementation challenges, and drive meaningful change for young people. It's a unique opportunity to help transform the mental health system by integrating digital support into clinical care.

Reporting to the Clinical Implementation Lead, QLD you will;

  • Build strong relationships with partner services and support the on-site rollout of the MOST platform through regular, embedded engagement.
  • Provide practical support and training to service staff, troubleshoot challenges, and respond to enquiries about the platform and service model.
  • Manage the implementation of MOST across multiple services, each with unique needs, ensuring effective and tailored delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine implementation strategies using research insights and service feedback.
  • Contribute to training materials and provide general support to the implementation team as directed.

Please note:

Due to geographical requirements of the current funding model; applicants based from Mackay up to Far North QLD only will be considered for this role.

Skills and experience

The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:

  • Fully qualified Psychologist, Social Worker, accredited mental health Occupational Therapist or other mental health professional with eligibility for appropriate membership with accredited registering body.
  • Experience in youth mental health services, with a strong understanding of tertiary systems, service models, and the not-for-profit sector.
  • Skilled in training, implementation, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively in clinical settings.
  • Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills, with proficiency in office software and a passion for digital health innovation.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and passion for engaging with clinical services, leaders and clinicians in the implementation of novel models of care.

This is a part to full time (0.8-1.0 negotiable) contract until June 2027.
