Applicant’s requirements
- Tertiary qualification in law;
- Restricted or Unrestricted Practising Certificate;
- Minimum 1-2 years post admission experience;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Capacity to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment;
- Budgeting and decision making skills;
- Demonstrated commitment and initiative;
- Knowledge of and genuine interest in native title;
- Knowledge and understanding of the issues that affect Aboriginal societies and culture;
- Capacity to liaise and work with Aboriginal communities;
- Computer skills; and
- Drivers licence and willingness to travel.
