As a key member of the Property team, you’ll assist in managing a broad range of property management functions that help drive the NLC’s strategic goals and daily operations. Working closely with the Senior Property Officer, you'll help prepare leases, coordinate maintenance, liaise with contractors, support asset procurement, and contribute to efficient space planning.
You will have strong administrative skills, a good eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset. Your interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills will help you in engaging, liaising, and building strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and the wider community. Your customer service will be nothing short of exceptional, delivering tailored solutions to diverse stakeholders while balancing competing demands.
