About the role

The Director Finance & Corporate Services is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for leading the organisation’s financial management, corporate services, and compliance functions. This role ensures the financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and corporate integrity of the organisation in alignment with its values, strategic plan, and funding obligations.

Great opportunity to utilise your Financial Accounting and Leadership abilities and work for a small organisation making positive social impact. The organisation currently employs around 20 people and expanding.

This role is the Senior Finance role in the organisation and leads a small team (Finance, Quality, Data, Reporting, IT).

The Ideal Candidate

You will need to be confident interacting across all levels and supporting and coaching team members.

Below is an outline of the ideal requirements for the position.

• Degree in accounting or finance and CPA or CA

• Financial and business analysis skills

• Career experience with government funded not for profit organisations and associated statutory, reporting and compliance requirements

• Leadership experience

• Management of government grants

• Financial reporting

More Information and How to Apply

• Full time (38 hours/5 days per week) salary around $115K-$120K + superannuation per annum
• Part time options (20-30 hours per week) also available pro rate salary
• Generous Not for Profit salary packaging available
• Mix of office and WFH
• Offices located at Milton and secure office car park supplied
