Our multidisciplinary health professionals and case managers take a collaborative approach to mental health care by linking with their patients to work together and consult within an environment appropriate to the person's needs.
An exciting opportunity is available to for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Penrith Mental Health Team. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in providing recovery-focused, evidence-based assessments, and interventions to support clients in the areas of occupational participation, performance, community connection, and role development. Your work will have a significant impact on the lives of individuals within the Penrith community.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Mental Health Lead Occupational Therapist in offering clinical expertise, consultation, and education to other professionals in the multidisciplinary team. This position also ensures provision of clinical supervision for Level 1 and 2 Occupational Therapists.
