About the role

Are you passionate about enhancing organisational performance and driving continuous improvement? Leverage data driven insights to identify trends, monitor and evaluate effectiveness and support strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, Family and Community Services, this role will ensure the implementation of comprehensive quality frameworks, enabling robust evidence-based analysis to drive an outcomes culture, focused on measurable results.

Partnering closely with key stakeholders, developing and implementing impact and evaluation systems, this role will inform innovations and program development and lead the way in reporting best practice, ensuring regulatory compliance and building an organisational impact and evaluation culture. In addition, you will provide the data and “story-telling” to support business cases, funding applications and funder reporting. This role is on offer on a flexible, permanent part time basis of 60 hours per fortnight at our modern West Perth office, located by leafy Kings Park.

About you

Impact through Innovation! You will utilise your experience and passion in social impact, research and analytics to transform data into compelling stories that influence, drive action and inspire change, with demonstrated experience in program monitoring and evaluation to achieve performance excellence, within a values- based organisation.

You will be adept at cultivating strong stakeholder partnerships at all levels, and looking to join a collaborative team focused on best practice that centres the people we support in all we do. Your key experience will include:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Services research or relevant discipline with an evaluation component
  • Qualifications in Social Impact will be highly regarded
  • Relevant industry experience within the community services sector is desirable
  • Experience in the use of platforms/tools such as Qualtrics and Power BI
  • Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities in innovation and change
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in the preparation of data- driven reports for Board, Executive and funding bodies.
