The Desktop Support Analyst will be the primary point of escalation for the IT Service Desk team, raising, updating and resolving IT incidents and requests within agreed time frames and escalating when necessary to ensure resolution. Strong customer focus and IT technical skills are critical for this role to ensure the continued support of the Jewish Care IT environment.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • 5+ years' experience working in IT technical support and tertiary qualification in IT or relevant field.
  • Builds effective relationships with stakeholders and team members
  • Reports on progress of assigned tasks, identifying and communicating risks and issues, working collaboratively to mitigate or resolve them respectively
  • A strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills
  • Experience and understanding of Azure, Microsoft 365, end user applications, corporate networks
  • Experience configuring and supporting of end user operating systems, hardware and software.
  • Strong technical problem-solving focus and knowing when to escalate issues to your manager.
  • Maintain appropriate configuration standards and procedures
  • Builds effective relationships with stakeholders and team members
