A major support mechanism within our training programs is our hardworking mentorship team who work closely with all participants to develop self-esteem, increase the growth mindset and holistic support on specifics around what job as student wants and the steps required to get there. We continue to listen, grow and learn from First Nations team members.
We are seeking First Nations Mentors to support adult learners. As a mentor, you will work closely with learners from First Nations and other backgrounds across our current program offerings in Technology and Care industries. Your role is to offer personalised, one-on-one guidance and culturally safe support that helps build their confidence and prepare them for the workforce.

We are looking for mentors who are passionate about walking alongside First Nations learners, offering encouragement, practical tools, and a listening ear to help them reach their goals.
An understanding of the barriers faced by jobseekers from underrepresented or disadvantaged backgrounds.
