Are you passionate about creating meaningful change in the lives of marginalised communities? The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation (BCF) is seeking a compassionate Chaplain Wellbeing Support Worker to support the wellbeing of young students and make a lasting impact within the community.
The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation ('BCF') is one of Sydney's largest frontline charities and has been operating for 38 years. Our mission is to provide assistance to address the cause and effect of homelessness and poverty faced by marginalised individuals. We succeed in achieving this through a combination of caring services like food provision, social welfare and education support.
We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the role of Chaplain Wellbeing Support Worker. This position plays a vital role in promoting the mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of students, staff and the wider school community under the National Student Wellbeing Program (‘NSWP’).
This is a part-time role, offering up to four (4) days per week. Flexibility is essential, as the successful candidate will be required to travel across various locations within Sydney. A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle are necessary for this role.

All Bill Crews Foundation employees are required to have completed at least three (3) COVID-19 vaccinations, including booster doses approved by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status will be required prior to commencing employment.
