About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, proactive, passionate individual wanting to become a vital member of our Lifestyles Home & Community team at Allambie HO.

This role reports to the Lifestyles Business and Systems Manager and is responsible for assisting with administrative duties.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):

  • General Administration
  • Database management
  • Invoicing and cash reconciliation
  • Attending meetings and preparing minutes
  • Archiving
  • Printing, scanning, filing, binding

About you:

  • At least 2 years demonstrated experience in an administration role
  • 4 to 5 days of availability
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task with a "can do" attitude
  • Flexible with a kind, generous nature
