What’s the Role?

As our Social Enterprises Manager, you’ll be at the helm of our innovative businesses, overseeing operations, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring long-term sustainability. You will lead a diverse team of staff and supported employees, shaping the future of our social enterprises while aligning with ConnectGV’s strategic goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Guide and empower staff, supported employees, and participants to achieve their full potential.
• Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to maximise profitability while ensuring a strong social impact.
• Marketing & Brand Expansion: Elevate our social enterprises through strategic promotions and community engagement.
• Develop New Ventures: Identify and execute innovative business opportunities that align with our mission.
• Senior Leadership Contribution: Play a key role in ConnectGV’s leadership team, supporting to shape organisational direction and impact.

• A strategic thinker with experience in business development, leadership, or social enterprise management.
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
• A strong communicator and collaborator who thrives on building relationships.
• Financially savvy, with experience in budget management and revenue generation.
