This role is responsible for leading community initiatives across Southeast Queensland, focusing on fostering inclusive and connected communities. The position involves developing and delivering tenant engagement programs, coordinating community events, and building strategic partnerships to enhance support services. A key part of the role is empowering individuals and ensuring community-led initiatives are effective, sustainable, and aligned with best practices to drive lasting social impact.
You’re a natural connector who thrives on building relationships and working collaboratively. With a deep understanding of community development principles, you approach challenges with a strength-based mindset and a trauma-informed perspective. You’re comfortable using technology to enhance your work and can confidently develop, evaluate, and refine programs to ensure they meet community needs.
