What you’ll do

• Oversee and manage an empowered team to ensure delivery of outstanding quality services, including any identifiable opportunities to improve client outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with key networks and stakeholders within their region leading to pipeline of new clients and/or increased connections to community for clients.
• Undertake team development and advocate team needs.
• Provide escalated support to changing customer needs.
• Manage allocated incidents/complaints through to resolution.
• Monitor and ensure that the client outcomes and connections in community are achieved.

About you

• Developed experience working in human services or health service environments that require a high degree of problem solving and professional collaboration.
• Working knowledge of NDIS client requirements and funding model; Quality and Safeguarding requirements.
• Knowledge of employment legislation, work health & safety, and return to work.
• Strong people leadership experience with demonstrated skills to engage, inspire, build trust, coach, and facilitate growth.
• A self-directed, organised, and diligent approach to tackling complex matters.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) including communicating with diverse audiences.
• Have valid work visa and rights to work in Australia.
• Hold a NDIS Worker clearance.
• Tertiary qualifications in Disability, Community Management, Social or Human Services or a related field. In addition, certifications in business, management, or leadership will be highly regarded.
