At Beyond Blue, the Data & Insights function plays a pivotal role in transforming data into strategic insights that drive impactful change. We aim to improve mental health outcomes for all Australians by helping people feel better sooner, get well, and stay well.
As the Insights and Segmentation Lead, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, spearheading the integration of cutting-edge technology, deep community insights, and a human-centered design approach. Leveraging the Digital Evolution Programme (DEP), you'll uncover advanced customer segmentation and behavioural insights that fuel transformative initiatives.
Your work will empower Beyond Blue's teams to design relevant services and programs, and to craft innovative, data-driven campaigns and content that inspire attitudinal and behavioural changes in our target audience.
