About the Role:

As a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Cyber Business Analyst, you will be part of the Business Technology Solutions Team (BTS), supporting the cybersecurity integration activities of a major merger within the aged care/healthcare industry. In this role, you will be responsible for documenting comprehensive security technology requirements, conducting industry scans to inform procurement strategy, and developing implementation roadmaps to enhance cybersecurity capabilities across the organisation.

You will collaborate closely with cybersecurity, IT, clinical, and operational teams to ensure that cyber-related requirements are well-documented, aligned with merger objectives, and support regulatory compliance in a highly sensitive data environment.

About You:

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity business analysis, IT risk, or related roles.
• Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or other relevant are highly desirable.

Essential Competencies:

• Understand and promote BaptistCare’s values.
• Expertise in cybersecurity projects in regulated industries.
• Develop detailed security requirements for large projects.
• Conduct market scans and support procurement decisions.
• Communicate effectively with executives, IT teams, clinicians, and regulators.
• Experience in large-scale cybersecurity integration projects.
• Familiar with healthcare and aged care cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
• Document risk assessments and governance reports.
• Thrive in dynamic environments and solve complex problems.
• Strong negotiation and engagement with senior stakeholders.
