- A highly motivated, organised and detail-oriented Direct Marketing Coordinator to join our fundraising team to supports donor and revenue growth through the development and implementation of Face to Face and Telemarketing fundraising campaigns across Australia and New Zealand.
- A collaborative problem-solver and strong communicator, able to work effectively with external suppliers to drive quality fundraising outcomes.
YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY
- Coordinating the delivery of F2F agency campaigns in Australia and New Zealand to ensure high quality acquisition of regular giving (RG) donors.
- Completing all administrative and operational tasks in relation to F2F acquisition, including weekly invoice proofing, complaints escalations, and the clawback process.
- Coordinating all telemarketing campaigns, including agency onboarding, overseeing campaign set-up, data management and process improvement, call monitoring and script optimisation.
- Working with all suppliers to ensure the achievement of performance targets and compliance with all relevant industry Codes and regulation.
- Acting as the day-to-day key contact for all suppliers, overseeing all logistical campaign requirements.
- Coordinating and delivering knowledge sharing and engagement sessions for donor facing fundraisers to help boost motivation and uplift results.
- Ensuring agencies are provided with strong supporting materials to help drive fundraising outcomes.
- Providing support on developing donor journeys that improve retention, lifetime value, 2nd gift rate, RG Conversion and the overall donor experience.
- Perform ongoing monitoring of fundraising metrics and results, highlighting areas for concern/ celebration and identifying tests/solutions, to ensure KPIs are achieved or exceeded.
WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- Previous fundraising, marketing, sales or account management experience.
- Demonstrated experience of meeting targets, ideally in a fundraising context.
- Successful track record working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strong outcomes.
- Proficient computer skills, including all Microsoft office products, specifically Excel.
- Previous experience working on Telemarketing and/or F2F campaigns would be desirable.
